Thus far, in 2014 and 2015, TPT investment has been awarded several projects to provide supplies to the Ministry of Defense. TPT Investment actively seeks and considers other project biddings that are within scope and achievable. Property Development
With an influx of Foreign Direct Investment, Cambodia has seen a boom in the property market. TPT Investment has a key stack in several attractive properties which are being eyed to be further developed. These properties include inner city plots to sizable land that are suitable for large housing (Borey) development. The company also has access to properties that are strategically located in Sihanoukville , near the borders between Cambodia and Thailand (Poipet) and Cambodia and Vietnam (Bavet).
